Each transaction is more than just a commission check to me. I want my clients to feel that they are treated with the same care and attention I would give a personal friend. Rather than "herding" clients through the process to meet my agenda, I try to let my clients dictate the pace and tone of their move. I work diligently to get the best price and terms possible for my sellers homes and use many resources to find the best home I can to meet my buyers' individual needs.
Commitment
I am not a 9-5 Realtor. I am dedicated to my clients best interest which means I am available as often as possible to help them meet their goals. I work much more than a forty hour week...nights, weekends...whatever it takes to successfully bring buyers and sellers together.

In addition to a college degree from the University of Minnesota, I have completed a number of specialized real estate training courses. I also hold the designation of "GRI" (Graduate of Realtors Institute). My commitment to quality real estate service also includes on going advanced training courses covering issues relavent to todays changing real estate market and the new technology affecting us all. This advanced training enables me to provide the best and most industry current service to my clients.
