Karla, How can we thank you enough for your patience, hard work, determination, sense of humor and supreme realtor skills!  Not to mention the late nights, weekends, vacation time, all-the-time phone calls.  Oh - and then there is the carrying our kids, strpping their car seats, helping with their shoes at viewings, meals, etc...  I think if you  hadn't been so supportive, ful of advice and reality checks, we would have given up long ago!  We were trying to work a miracle to find a house in our range with the features we wanted & sell our house in a 'cruddy' market for a good price.  "You worked it out Dawg"  We can never thank you enough!
